We accept returns of products purchased from our website for up to 30 days after the purchase date. Returns will only be accepted after a return merchandise authorization (RMA) has been issued by our returns department.
We offer a 30 day money back guarantee provided the product can be resold as NEW and is in the original packaging. We will inspect and assess all returns to ensure conditions are satisfactory (i.e. no sand in the bags or on the poles or any other damage) in order to be resold as NEW.
In those cases, where conditions do not warrant the product to be resold in a as NEW condition, the refund will not be processed, and the customer will be liable for return shipping.

KAZZARY delivers Free to the lower contiguous 48 States in the USA. All orders placed are ship within 2 - 5 business days. USA Ground Shipping currently can take up 4-6 business days. USA Expedited Shipping takes approximately 2-4 business days. International Shipping takes approximately 5-7 business days. KAZZARY is not responsible for any local taxes or fees. Orders during weekends or public holidays will only ship on the next Business Day.
KAZZARY fulfilment and shipping process is fully automated and once orders are received and payment processed the item ships automatically. KAZZARY cannot and will not be held liable for incorrect shipping addresses entered by the customers. KAZZARY will also not be liable for incorrect size/color items ordered by the customer.
